Weird workspace scroll change behaviour with sidebar to the right

What happened?

I checked and this does not happen with sidebar to the left, but I hope someone can help me . It seems like at some horizontal scroll speeds in the sidebar, to change the workspace, an additional portion of the window gets shown; it slowly reduces after some time. This does not seem to happen when scrolling fast one workspace after the other, but if I pause for a moment and give a precise flick it does show.

@SamuXzX Can you try testing again with the latest version, unfortunately I'm unable to reproduce this issue running version 1.12.6b from Flatpak and Tarball on Linux.
