What happened?

Opening a new window instance (Ctrl + N) is significantly slower than expected, which takes roughly 10x times longer than in other browsers like Firefox. This issue was tested on both Linux and Windows platforms, which possibly affects MacOS too.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Zen Browser on Linux or Windows. 2. Press Ctrl + N or use the "New Window" menu option. 3. Measure the time taken for the new window to completely appear. 4. Compare this delay with Firefox or any another browser.
