No menu bar or File, Edit, View, Window, Help menu in Zen Browser

What happened?

Whereas the context menu shows a Menu bar option, when it's enabled nothing happens and I still can't access the File/Edit/View/Bookmark/Help Menu that I can in Base Firefox. I press Alt and nothing happens. This means that it's hard to open local files like html files, PDF files in Zen browser thus making me reach out for another browser to do the job. Maybe the FF Tab manager could be recycled as a hamburger menu for File, Edit, Bookmarks, Window, Help.
