What happened?

this is my setting but when i click on some links or click on a button in application that redirect to a link, it will open a new window when already a window is open. that so feel bad when try to open link for auth in code editor for example. in my case in zed editor when i open github pages. please fix it. OS : widnows Version : 1.17.8b (64-bit)
