Auto-naming of tabs

I think it'd be great to have ability to auto-name tabs, e.g. by the name of the running process, or current directory.

I found I had the same need, especially when working with multiple tabs on different remote sessions at a time it's a bit annoying to rename each tab myself. Started working on a plugin to try and do this, probably won't be perfect, I'll publish my plugin once I get it working as I want it to. It will probably be a bit opiniated though.
