new-tab and new-pane overlap, but also have gap(s), combine them?

Hi,

I am using zellij action new-pane to start a process, but it is sporadic and clutters my workspace, so I'd rather launch it in a new tab.

However, new-tab is missing some of the process management flags that new-pane offers.

What if, instead, new-pane allowed tab for the --direction flag? Or maybe in addition?

If what I understand is correct, is it right that you think it is good that there were --close-on-exit, --start-suspneded that exist in the zellij action pane in the zellij action tab?
