The Haas Effect, also known as the Precedence Effect, is an audio effect where either the left or the right audio channel is delayed by a small amount (< 35ms) to give the effect of pan/directionality to a sound. In OoT, this effect is used with the HEADSET audio setting when stereoHeadsetEffects is enabled.
