[Analytics] Extend test workflow to generate and commit coverage reports

The workflow that contains the job to execute the tests should be extended to collect test coverage data during the test job. Another step within the test job should create a coverage report for the test coverage data. Another job, that depends on the test job, should finally commit the reports into a specific folder within the project.
