Add promotion options on the Market Creation page

We should give market creators the option of submitting featured banners, image for the carousel, and other info so that they can raise awareness and engagement in their markets.

There is a lot figure out here (images will need follow certain style/technical guidelines, pricing structure, etc.) but I think starting with some rudimentary experimentation makes sense.
