Changes to the market pool page

1. there is no display for individual outcome token value.
2. the 'fees' box doesnt seem to be working, and im not even sure the apr box is a thing?
3. when adjusting the exit liquidity slider, individual outcome tokens available remains at 0
4. there is no way to tell how much ztg value i actually have in a liquidity pool. there is only the 'pool value' which is the entire pool (i only have 200 ztg dposited into this pool) also pull value is showing $0 value
5. volume isnt displaying anything(this market has been traded on)
