Show `Get Tokens` button also for users, who already have tokens on Zeitgeist

I can't see the Get Tokens button for my account. I assume this is because my account owns 3.46 ZTG.

I would expect the following button:

The strong point of having this visible in any case is to ensure the user exactly knows how to fund their account at any time. I personally don't know this, since someone sent me ZTG to my account, but I didn't have to go through the self-funding process.
