configure file example

Hi, I'm a student trying to build and test mlvpn on my own PC/server. After following the tutorial on the doc website http://mlvpn.readthedocs.io/en/latest/linux_example.html, I found it is out-of-date.

Thus, I use the configure example in doc. I tries a lot and fails the same. I figure out that I need a base configure example to start. could you or someone update client and server configure example, please T_T

By the way, I use Ubuntu 16.04 both on client and server side~ After passing the test, I want build mlvpn on OpenWrt/Lede system~

I'm reading the code now. I believe every answer is in the code! But still, a good running example could help more people like me to understand the code~ THX!!! o(X^X)o
