mmdebstrap is the modern, fast tool. grml-small comes with mmdebstrap but not debootstrap, so it's really necessary there. Closes: #290

I did not understand this when implementing #88, but `static/grml2usb/images/screenshot.png` exists and is probably used. Should either add this to `build-site` or find another way to make this work properly.
An idea was born this week: have a new "grml-console" package, and a "grml-console-full" package. Both should be uploaded to Debian main. Needs a good thought on how to make...
