Support arbitrary package metadata for a package install

Power users would like to associate additional metadata with a package installation, for example the user conducting the installation or the time of install. Seems like a generic key-val mechanism for associating metadata with a package would address this nicely, and would fit well in the existing install manifest. zkg info would be the natural way to show that metadata.
