Failing make

When I try to make the tool, I get multiple errors leading it to fail (make output attached). Any suggestions what could be causing this and how it can be solved? make.error.gz

@mnshgl0110 were you able to sort out this issue? let me know I am struck in the same issue

It is been quite long so I cannot recall what exactly I had to do, but I think it involved installing some older versions of HD5.

if you are still working on that, can you check exactly which version did you actually installed for this purpose?
