Peaking at this bug, it is definitely still present. Seeing as Personal can't be deleted it is certainly the safest choice to change the default to.

I can confirm this issue and *think* I know the cause of it. It seems like if you go to the updates page while the little "Checking for Updates" tool...

If you do that, you might want to just remove the settings menu since the other option pertains to installing updates

Something to keep in mind for the future rewrite, for sure. In the meantime, you can hold Ctrl and click the rotate button to rotate it left.
