Same here, one tweet is literally missing from the feed:

Other notes:

  • If I access it with the direct URL (/josuijishinri/status/1690971038241447936) I can see it just fine
  • It's a pinned tweet, so that might interfere (?)
  • It's also missing from the RSS file
  • Running on self-hosted instance, latest commit

Afaik pinned tweets don't get rendered twice, that's probably why. I'm not sure if it's a Twitter thing or if Nitter is at fault, but it seems like a separate issue.
