Post missing in RSS Feed but visible on client

Hi there,

I'm running a custom Nitter instance using Docker. At Mon, 17 Jul 2023 02:16:12 GMT, https://birdapp.splatoon.me/SplatoonNA/status/1680763299741270018#m was tweeted, however, if I get the RSS feed (thru curl or other means), the post is not there:

My instance is Version 2023.07.10-0bc3c15 and my RSS Feed cache time is one minute. Docker logs show no error and the container reports as healthy.
