In a quote-retweet of a deleted tweet, show the URL of that deleted tweet

Example: Here, stealcase is quote-retweeting a tweet by gisellaesthetic that has been deleted.

When viewed on Twitter dot com, the URL to gisellaesthetic's original tweet is displayed in stealcase's quote-retweet. But when viewed on Nitter, that URL is not displayed.

Showing the URL of a deleted tweet might sound trivial but there are reasons to want to see the URL. For instance, the original tweet may have been archived in the Wayback Machine or Archive.today and still be visible there.

My suggestion is for Nitter to show the URL of the tweet, just like on Twitter dot com.

My guess why they don't have it is because Nitter is a privacy-based site and they want to respect privacy for Twitter users.

Hmm... that's possible but I don't think the reason is privacy-related because I just discovered another similar situation involving quote-retweets:

On Nitter, a quote-retweet of an age-restricted tweet does not show the URL of that tweet or show the contents of that tweet. (The quote-retweet is viewable to everybody and is not age-restricted.)

On Nitter, that age-restricted tweet displays "This tweet is unavailable". The URL of that tweet is not provided.

But on Twitter dot com, the URL of the age-restricted tweet is provided, even though the content of that tweet is not displayed because of the restriction. Twitter dot com instead displays "Age-restricted adult content. This content might not be appropriate for people under 18 years old. To view this media, you’ll need to log in to Twitter."

I know that Nitter has no problem displaying age-restricted tweets, so this situation where such a tweet does not have its URL or its contents shown within a quote-retweet is unusual. That's why I think it is not a privacy-related issue.

My suggestion is for Nitter to show both the URL of the age-restricted tweet and the content of the tweet. If this is not possible, at the very least Nitter should show the URL of that tweet so the user can manually navigate to it.

(Note: I'm declining to link to the tweet example I found because it contains potentially offensive content, but the situation I described is easy enough for anybody to recreate and test themselves.)
