[Feature Request] Preference to keep profile on top regardless of screen width

For those using Nitter on iPad or iPhone, the sidebar takes up 33% of the screen and is empty most of the time. It'd be great to have an option to either not show the profile at all, or to have the profile at the top as you see in portrait on a small device.

To see the problem, take iPad or iPhone and hold in landscape, notice that the profile sidebar is shown on the left, tweets on the right. This seems to be a 33/66 split. As you scroll down, the space reserved for the sidebar remains empty, so that 33% of the screen is unused. For long form twitter threads, this is less than ideal. To see a potential solution, use an iPhone vertically, in portrait mode. The responsive css puts the profile up top, not on the side. This permits the full width of the device to be used for reading tweets. Also, it's important that the profile not be pinned, let it scroll up with the content so that full vertical height can be used to see tweets as well.

Thank you so much for your consideration. Nitter is such a great tool.
