How about providing the Profile Photo of the Twitter Profile Picture in RSS Feed instead of Nitter Logo ?

maybe no. since rss spec do not support logo attribute. Rss reader fetches favicon.ico as icon.

You mean it is not possible or not easy ?

not possbile for rss spec. Since icon is not defined in rss spec. A rss reader can do anything about it . eg 1. do not display any icon 2. use favicon as icon 3. get whatever random image as icon.

an option is to use Atom feed . atom spec supports icon/logo. however this is not implemented.

I think that nitter uses rss feeds. So, For this to work they need to switch to atom - Am I Right ?

Hello, I was wondering if this could be reconsidered as a feature now, since it seems Nitter does indeed use Atom.

I have been running a personal Twitter to RSS app for several years using the official Twitter API and I got notified yesterday that my app was being suspended as per every other Twitter app out there.

Anyway just about everything I did with my app is available still with Nitter, I just really miss the visual cue for which user I am reading a tweet from, so if this were now possible that would be really great.

Many thanks.
