[Feature request] generate url to apply settings

Bibliogram has a cool feature: when you change settings and press save, you'll see « You can restore and sync saved settings by bookmarking this link. »

Then you can bookmark the link and open it the next time you clear cookies. That would be cool to have something like this in nitter
