In advanced search, add a language selector

You can currently search by language with lang:NN with NN being a language code, but people don't know language code or only some, then a selector with all languages available and their name would be great. If you are searching for something not in English, it will really improve search results.

I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to search for tweets in a specific language.

For instance, when I tried to search for German language tweets using the link https://nitter.net/search?lang:de&f=tweets&q=nbp
