Instance has no auth tokens

Getting a reoccurring problem with my single user instance being rate limited. Some time overnight when not in use it will rate limit and then it expires. Logging into twitter and browsing the site using the account or doing a curl using the tokens returns results properly so its something to do with Nitter. This probably isn't visible for large instances because there are so many accounts associated with it but its crippling for those using it as a lightweight frontend.

The epoch is Thursday, April 24, 2025 12:02:21 AM GMT which is suspicious to me and makes me think some sort of automated system flagged the account in use.
