Remember zoom state of bottom / right pane

Summary

Remember zoom state (workspace::ToggleZoom) of bottom / right pane even all terminal are closed or Zed is restarted.

It would be nice for users who always use zoomed in terminals. Currently one have to zoom manually whenever Zed is restarted or opening terminal after all previous terminals are exited or opening new projects.

👋 It seems there's a confusion between the concepts of font size and zoom, and I can be wrong, so feel free to correct me. In Zed, cmd-+ and cmd-- increase and decrease the font size of the buffer, which in other editors is passed off as zoom in / out. Unless you're talking about the workspace::ToggleZoom action, which make the pane to fill most of the workspace, we should be on the same page.
