Error reporting is wrong when a file is excluded

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

I've done this in a folder containing python files. Fyi.

1. Search inside a folder for something, but exclude one of the files that would have a warning or an error.
2. Now click on the bottom left error icon.

You'll see that the errors/warnings you've got aren't contained to the actual files that you searched in for - the excluded one, but for all the files even the one you've excluded is coming up with errors/warnings.

If applicable, attach your ~/Library/Logs/Zed/Zed.log file to this issue.

If you only need the most recent lines, you can run the zed: open log command palette action to see the last 1000.
