Hover popover disappears quicker then usual when code has error squiggles. To reproduce: have a piece of code with error squiggles, try to hover and then transition to popover.

Zed: v0.124.4 (Zed Preview) OS: macOS 14.3.0 Memory: 32 GiB Architecture: aarch64
