Autocompletion doesn't show all the symbol

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it
When using the autocompletion functionality you can't read properly the value displayed. This is annoying when there are multiple symbols starting with the same string
Environment
Zed: v0.119.21 (Zed) OS: macOS 14.2.1 Memory: 24 GiB Architecture: aarch64

If applicable, attach your ~/Library/Logs/Zed/Zed.log file to this issue.
If you only need the most recent lines, you can run the zed: open log command palette action to see the last 1000.

This is the same issue #4457
I don't think these are the same. That issues appears to be about what information is being displayed, whereas this one is about the sizing of the completion items (and the symbol names being obscured by the documentation labels).
Even though this issue is newer, and this isn't our normal protocol, I'm going to close this issue out in favor of:
