Text selection in diagnostics popovers doesn't snap to word boundaries

Description

Double-clicking text in a diagnostics popover selects the entire word. If you double-click-and-drag, the text selection should snap to word boundaries.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Write some code that produces an inline diagnostic error/warning
2. Hover the mouse cursor over the line to show the popover
3. Move the mouse cursor over the popover
4. Double-click a word and move the mouse cursor to the next word

Expected Behavior: When you move the mouse cursor, the text selection snaps to word boundaries Actual Behavior: When you move the mouse cursor, it acts like a normal click-and-drag instead of a double-click-and-drag
