Right dock size not remembered across restarts

Summary

The size of the right dock is not persisted and restored across restarts like the left dock is.

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Resize the left dock to your preferred size.
2. Move the Git panel to the right dock and resize it to your preferred size.
3. Close Zed.
4. Reopen Zed.

Expected Behavior:

Both left and right dock have the size they had before restarting.

Actual Behavior:

Only the left dock has the size it had before restarting, the right dock has shrunk to what appears to be its default size.
