docs: Add more troubleshooting steps for Windows
Release Notes:
- N/A
The tone of these docs doesn’t match the rest of our docs.
The Bandicam case also appears to be incredibly specific, and I don’t think it’s a good fit for inclusion in these docs.

I'm sorry for the tone, and the Bandicam case…… I have no idea, but we have already solve ~~2~~ 3 case by this solution
google Bandicam case, will find some same issue cause other program crash.
It looks like the troubleshooting section for Windows is missing some info about Vulkan, and Vulkan definitely has some weird issues on Windows.
As for the Bandicam-related issue mentioned here, it seems like Bandicam actually fixed that in version 4.6.0, based on what I found, see:
https://www.bandicam.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9108
and
https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5085/~/failed-to-launch-certain-vulkan-games-when-bandicam-was-installed
I tested the latest version of Bandicam, and Zed still fails to launch. I'm not sure how Blade and Vulkan is running here, but there are definitely still a lot of issues with Vulkan and Blade on Windows.
My suggestion would be to add Bandicam to the list of incompatible software. Also, the wording in this PR could use some tweaking to better match the tone and style of the rest of the docs. If you don't mind, I'm happy to take care of those changes.
Thank you!
Thank you!
