Edit Predictions: Can't disable predication indicaton

Summary

I cannot disable the prediction indicator at cursor position, when the display mode is set to subtle. How do I completely disable the Z-> Hold Alt popup without disabling edit predictions, it is no really "subtle", if there is a popup constantly popping in at the cursor position...
