Editing previously sent prompt in assistant panel causes crash

Summary

Pressing a previously complete message to assistant in thread (to edit it) causes immediate crash.
Description

Steps to trigger the problem:
Chat to assistant (via thread)
Allow it to finish
Select that previous message that you have just sent (in order to edit it)
Crash
Re-opening Zed and attempting to edit will cause crash.
Actual Behavior: 💥 Expected Behavior: Edit the previously sent prompt
