Support for OSC8 hyperlinks in Zed Terminal

Summary

There a standard, OSC 8, for embedding hyperlinks in ANSI terminal escape sequences.

Description

Many other terminal emulators support this (Alacritty upstream, GhosTTY, iTerm, Windows Terminal, etc).

Zed should add support for http, https and file URIs.
