Constant recommended extensions I already have installed

Summary

After a recent upgrade, whenever I open Zed, I get a notification in bottom right:

"Do you want to install the recommended 'svelte' extension for 'svelte' files?"

This despite the fact that I already have the Svelte extension installed.

Then, if I click "Yes, install extension", the popup disappears only to reappear 2 seconds later, over and over again.

Zed: v0.186.2 (Zed Preview) OS: macOS 15.4.1 Memory: 18 GiB Architecture: aarch64
