Agent Panel: Allow using up-arrow in agent panel to begin editing previous message

Summary

When your chat box is empty, clicking ↑ arrow on a keyboard should allow me to edit my last message. This is a common pattern in keyboard friendly chat apps(e.g. Discord), which makes resending messages 10x easier, especially on failed messages.

Steps to trigger the problem:

  1. Send a message to Agent Panel
  2. Have an empty chat box
  3. Clicking ↑.

Actual Behavior: nothing happens Desired Behavior: I want to be able to edit last message to not use mouse.

Zed Version and System Specs

Zed: v0.185.9 (Zed) OS: macOS 15.1.1 Memory: 16 GiB Architecture: aarch64

Seems reasonable I think, but definitely a feature not a bug :)

Yep, we don't surface the ability to create feature requests on purpose, as we prefer them to be created as discussions, before moving them to issues when they are fully flushed out and seem reasonable as this one is.
