Notification header disappears when scrolling inside

Summary

Hello! When I have large notification (rust analyzer errors for instance), I need to scroll the popup, but when I scroll the headers disappears and I need to scroll up again to close the notification.

Zed Version and System Specs

Zed: v0.186.0 (Zed Preview) OS: Linux Wayland arch unknown Memory: 31 GiB Architecture: x86_64 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU || NVIDIA || 570.144

Are you referring to diagnostics or editor errors? A screenshot here would be helpful so we can better understand the context

Oh I thought there were only 1 kind of notif, my bad, here is the screen (no scroll, and scrolled a bit)

I believe this issue has been resolved. Please let me know if you see it again and we can reopen, as I can't find the PR I seem to remember fixing this.
