Agent Panel: Conflict between Inline Assistant and Assistant Panel ctrl+enter keybind

Ctrl+Enter triggers Inline Assistant instead of submitting in Assistant Panel in Zed 0.183.11-1
Description
In Zed 0.183.11-1, there is a conflict between the keybinds for Inline Assistant and the Assistant Panel — both use Ctrl+Enter.
Steps to trigger the problem:
- Open the Assistant Panel.
- Write a prompt inside the panel.
- Press
Ctrl+Enter.
Actual Behavior:
- Pressing
Ctrl+Entertoggles the Inline Assistant inside the panel instead of submitting the prompt to the LLM agent.
Expected Behavior:
- Pressing
Ctrl+Enterinside the Assistant Panel should submit the request to the LLM agent, as it did in previous versions of Zed (before0.183.11-1).

Hey @G36maid, can you try v0.183.12 that was just released today and see if this issue is fixed for you?
I ran into this but my colleague did not experience this issue, until we realised OSX uses cmd-enter and ctrl-enter to differentiate these two actions, but it's the same keybind to "send chat to assistant" and "toggle inline assistant" on linux.
Will test as soon as available from AUR
