Support previewing HDR images in actual HDR

Describe the feature

It would be nice to be able to preview .exr and .hdr environment maps (1: at all and 2:) in their full dynamic range when zed is on a HDR-capable monitor.

This will require changing the colorspace of the window and (at least in Vulkan) setting HDR metadata hints, as well as tonemapping all content of the window into this colorspace.

If applicable, add mockups / screenshots to help present your vision of the feature

This is also becoming relevant more generally with e.g. phones taking HDR photos (HEIF or AVIF) by default nowadays.
