`confirm_quit` has no effect

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

1. Set "confirm_quit": true in settings.json.
2. Close Zed
3. Zed closes with no prompt

Using i3wm, but recent Ubuntu behaves the same.

Zed: v0.143.7 (Zed) OS: Linux X11 gentoo 2.15 Memory: 31.2 GiB Architecture: x86_64
