Changing scroll devices will cause the scrollbar to snap to the top or bottom.

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it
First open up a file in zed. Scroll somewhere to the middle Switch input devices that you use to scroll(for example I switched from using my wireless mouse to my laptop trackpad) The scrollbar should snap to the bottom or top, depending on which way you scrolled.

I tried to do the scrolling as close to 17:11 as possible.
