Hover popover not working at all in C#

Hovering a symbol in the editor in a C project works exactly as expected, but in a C# project, it does nothing at all.

Environment

Zed: v0.134.4 (Zed) OS: macOS 14.4.0 Memory: 8 GiB Architecture: aarch64
