Some glyphs aren't centered in block cursors

Sometimes, glyphs are not centered in block cursors.

Zed Mono:

Roboto Mono:

However, they are centered just fine at other times.

Roboto Mono:

I could not find an instance where Zed Mono isn't broken.

Zed: v1.0.0 (Zed) OS: Linux 1.0.0 Memory: 31 GiB Architecture: x86_64
