[GPUI] [Windows] Main thread is blocked when resizing or moving window

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

If the user moves or resizes the window, the execution of the main thread is halted. This can be easily seen in Zed if you move the window while there is changes done on the main thread such as the LSP activity which can be observed in this example video.
