Opening a new zed instance opens multiple terminals, according to how many where open before

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it
Open some project in zed, and create a few terminal tabs.
Now, in the terminal, run zed -n <somedir> to open a new zed instance.
That new window will have as many terminals open as you had opened previously -- all in the new workspaces directory.

Zed: v0.130.6 (Zed) OS: macOS 14.1.1 Memory: 32 GiB Architecture: x86_64
