Describe the feature

You have removed the preview of SVG files in https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/10435 to enable editing them. But it is also useful to preview SVG files while editing them. Please return the possibility to open a preview of SVG files in a separate pane like you have done the preview of markdown files.

If applicable, add mockups / screenshots to help present your vision of the feature
