Add dbml lsp extension

Hey I sent an email to the owner of the shuklaayush/zed-dbml dbml extension but they seem to be unresponsive (email was sent last week). Would it be possible to move forward with this?

Yes, sorry for the delay.

If you change your extension's ID to dbml we can replace the existing extension with yours.
