This is a tracking issue for the removal of the scrollbar_thumb.background style property.

This style property was renamed to scrollbar.thumb.background in https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/8004 and deprecated with a warning in https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/13081.
