Add smali syntax highlighting
This extension adds smali (dalvik bytecode) syntax highlighting.
This is my first time working with .scm files and zed extensions so please check for eventual mistakes or sub-optimal choices in the extension. Thank you.

I've read the CLA and i don't think i can claim to have perfectly integrated and respected all licenses. I'm quite cautious when dealing with licenses etc.. and i don't know if i've messed up something with them.
I'm sorry for that, i hope that someone else or someone from the dev team will pick up this small extension and push it.
