Tree for the field selection

Hi,

I have some hierarchic data field to select (it can be single or multiple selection) that applies.

So I try to have:

A tree to select fields then the condition and then the value.

Is it possible to have a tree as a selection of the field and is it possible to have a multiple selection?

And if yes, how can it be achieved?
